Join Team London under one roof

Posted on

Well hardly have we recovered from Andermatt, and we are already looking at 2021. The 53rd Interbourse will be organised by the Stock Exchange Ski Club in Courmayeur, Italy between 23 – 30 January 2021.

Interbourse hasn’t visited Courmayeur since 1975, when Milan hosted and London won! We are delighted to be taking everyone back after such a long break.

Why Courmayeur?

Well it’s heaven for foodies and skiers, lovely lunch spots on the piste, and fabulous skiing off piste for those that like challenges. We will be making the most of the region and taking everyone to La Thuile for a day’s skiing later in the week with lunch on the mountain at one of our favourite haunts.

At the end of the week if you haven’t done enough skiing, racing and networking you can stay on for the City Ski Championships that start on the Friday. We will all be together on the Friday night in any case for drinks, food and the FT Alpine Forum.

Transfer from Geneva airport is about 1 hour 30 minutes, but it is also possible to fly into Turin (also 1 hour 30 minutes) and Milan Malpensa (2 hours 15 minutes).

What might IB2021 cost?

The registration fee has been set at €550, the same as last year, and we are confident we will be providing value for money.  The resort hasn’t set 2021 lift pass prices yet but we will be getting a discount that will be passed straight on to all participants and we will update you as soon as we know. As an indication the 6 day lift pass for 2020 would have been about €225 instead of €254 standard rate.

Your overall cost will depend on the hotel you select. See our list of discounted hotels at https://www.interbourse.net/hotels/ We encourage you to take advantage of the discounted rates which are only available until the end of April, when we have to return the rooms we have on hold.

Join Team London at the Grand Hotel Royal & Golf

Whilst all teams are free to decide exactly where they want to stay, we know that many of you love it when we are all in the same place for the week. That’s why we have chosen the Grand Hotel Royal and Golf to be London’s central headquarters https://www.hotelroyalegolf.com/en/index.

It is a hotel large enough to house London with room for other teams too, situated right on the delightful Via Roma in the centre of the village and we will be hosting the welcome party there. We have negotiated some special rates as we will be taking the whole hotel for Interbourse and we hope that you will join us there for a multi team experience. There are a range of room types available so please see the prices below for the one that suits you.

Prices below are per person for 7 nights including breakfast

Deluxe rooms (25m2 sharing as twin or double) €1120*
