By registering for Interbourse 2026, I acknowledge and accept the following terms and conditions:

Services and Fees
The registration fee covers participation in the event only. Travel and accommodation costs are not included.
Registration becomes binding only after full payment has been received. -
Cancellations
All cancellations must be submitted in writing to info@interbourse.com.-
Up to September 1, 2025: 100% refund

Up to November 1, 2025: 30% refund

After November 1, 2025: no refund
Donations are non-refundable.
Hotel cancellation terms are determined individually by the respective hotels.

Liability
Participation is at the participant’s own risk.
Team Munich is liable only for damages resulting from intentional misconduct or gross negligence. Liability for ordinary negligence is limited to the breach of essential contractual obligations (“cardinal duties”) and to the foreseeable, typical damages.
Team Munich accepts no liability for personal injury or property damage caused by third parties (e.g., other participants, hotels, transport companies, or lift operators). -
Insurance
Each participant is personally responsible for obtaining adequate insurance coverage, including travel, health, cancellation, and winter sports insurance. -
Data Protection
Team Munich processes personal data solely for the purpose of organizing and managing the event, and for necessary communication with partners or sponsors.
No further use or transfer of data will take place without explicit consent.
Data processing complies with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the applicable national data protection laws.
