A – REGISTRATION TERMS & CONDITIONS:

By registering for Interbourse 2027, I acknowledge and accept the following terms and conditions:

  1. Services and Fees
    The registration fee covers participation in the event only. Travel and accommodation costs are not included.
    Registration becomes binding only after full payment has been received.

  2. Cancellations
    All cancellations must be submitted in writing to info@interbourse.com.

    • Up to June 30 : 70% refund

    • Up to September 30: 50% refund

    • Up to November 23: 10 %

    • Afterward no refund

    • Hotel cancellation terms are determined individually by the respective hotels.

  3. Liability
    Participation is at the participant’s own risk.
    Team Paris is liable only for damages resulting from intentional misconduct or gross negligence. Liability for ordinary negligence is limited to the breach of essential contractual obligations (“cardinal duties”) and to the foreseeable, typical damages.
    Team Paris accepts no liability for personal injury or property damage caused by third parties (e.g., other participants, hotels, transport companies, or lift operators).

  4. Insurance
    Each participant is personally responsible for obtaining adequate insurance coverage, including travel, health, cancellation, and winter sports insurance.

  5. Data Protection
    Team Paris processes personal data solely for the purpose of organizing and managing the event, and for necessary communication with partners or sponsors.
    No further use or transfer of data will take place without explicit consent.
    Data processing complies with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the applicable national data protection laws.

B – ACCOMMODATION TERMS & CONDITIONS / DISCLAIMER:

Team Paris/Comité Interbourse (TP/CI) is the organiser of the 2027 Interbourse event (IB) in Courchevel. Courchevel Tourisme (CT) has created the accommodation offer in accordance with the preferences and availability of TP/CI. This offer is specific to this event, as are the tariffs, availability and terms and conditions, which have been negotiated by CT.

For this event only, TP/CI will collect and transmit accommodation requests/reservations and their respective payments to the accommodation providers via CT.

Please note that access to these negotiated prices is conditional upon participation in the IB event. However, the cancellation conditions for accommodation depend on the associated terms and conditions, which are independent of any cancellation of the IB event or registration to IB. Thus, a registration cancellation may be partially or fully reimbursable, whereas accommodation that has been reserved may not be eligible for reimbursement.

In the event of force majeure, a person may transfer their accommodation to another participant, provided they notify us, but they will remain liable for the full payment of the accommodation and must arrange corresponding compensation with the replacement.

Please be informed that the payment of the accommodation deposit must be made within 7 days otherwise the reservation will be cancelled
