Here’s your go-to guide for navigating the exciting venues of IB 2024 in Soldeu, Andorra. Let’s make getting around as easy as skiing downhill!

- Local Buses: Monday to Saturday every 30 minutes from 6:20 to 21:30, Sunday every 60 minute
- Airport Buses: There are three bus companies that offer this route; Directbus that stops in both Sants Train station and the El Prat Airport, AndBus that stops solely in the airport and ALSA that will take you to the Estació del Nord train station.
- Ski Rental Discount: Just show your wrist band to the ski rental in the Sport Hotel Village for 25% off.
- IKON: Present yourself at the ticket office with your Ikon pass and personal identification (e.g. passport) to echange for lift ticket. The days must be consumed consecutively. In case you want to skip days, you will have to only take a few days and return to the ticket office every time you skip a day. We recommend buying insurance and it is very important to request it before printing the ski pass. The insurance includes free reprinting of the ski pass in case of loss and assistance coverage in case of accident on the slopes.
- Day Pass: Pedestrians attending some of this years Interbourse events a 15€ non skier lift pass may be needed. This will allow passage to ride the lifts up the mountain and can be purchased at the lift offices located in Grandvalira.
Salle Valira – Sport Village Hotel
- Events: Registration Party and Balle de Blanc
- Location: Next to the gondola, find Sport Hotel Village. Head to the back (hillside), take a left, and go up to the second floor.
Discovery Day
- Meeting Point: Guides will be at the base of the gondola, beside Sport Village Hotel, at 9 AM.Guides will be on the platform at the base of the gondola, take the elevator to the bottom behind the Sport Village Hotel, at 9 AM.
- Departures: Groups of varying skill levels will set off at 9 AM, 9:30 AM, and 10 AM.
Soccer on Snow
- Venue: Behind Sport Village Hotel.
- For Spectators: Gather on the terrace near the gondola entrance for hot wine, beer, and pizza. The soccer field is just behind this area.
Espevar Slope – All Racing
- Events: Includes qualifications, guest, parallel, and official races.
- Getting There Skier: From the top of Soldeu Gondola, take the Rope-Lift Galle de Bosc and stay slightly left
- For Pedestrians: Take local Bus (or walk) to take the El Tarter gondola (Day Pass required). The race course will end a short distance in front of the gondola exit.
Sollanelles Restaurant
- For Skiers who come from the Training and Qualification runs: From the bottom of the race track, take lift TSD6/T10 Llosada and from there the short chairlift TSF4 “Colibri” and you will be right at the beautiful restaurant “La Sollanelles”
- For Skiers that need the fastest way to get there: From the top of Soldeu Gondola (TC8) go to the race track by taking the Rope-Lift Galle de Bosc and then follow instructions above;
- For Pedestrians: Take the bus from Soldeu to the Encamp gondola (20-25 minutes, IB bus running from 11:15-4:30). Then take the TC Funicamp gondola (Day Pass required) directly to the restaurant.
Escorjada Terrasse – Guest/Parallel Slalom Spectators
- Location: At the bottom of Espevar slope in the El Tarter ski area.
- For Skiers: From the top of Soldeu gondola, take rope lift Gal de Bosc to Tartar Area, then ski down Esparvar, the restaurant is on the left at the bottom of the slope. To return to Soldeu, you either need to take the chairlift back up to the Soldeu side by 4PM and ski down or take the gondola down to El Tartar and very short bus ride to Soldeu (IB Bus will run from 4:30-5:30).
- For Pedestrians: Take local Bus (or walk) to take the El Tarter gondola (Day Pass required). Escorjada Terrasse is a short distance from the top. On the way back you can take the IB Bus from the bottom of the gondola (IB Bus will run from 4:30-5:30).
Veuve Clicquot Terrasse – Official Race Spectators
- Location: On the slope close to the El Tarter ski area.
- For Skiers: Follow the same route as Espevar Slope it is before the El Tartar ski area. To return to Soldeu, you either need to take the chairlift back up to the Soldeu side side by 4PM and ski down or take the gondola down to El Tartar and very short bus ride to Soldeu (IB Bus will run from 4:30-5:30).
- For Pedestrians: Take local Bus (or walk) to take the El Tarter gondola (Day Pass required), the terrasse is a short but very steep walk to the left at the top (the tourist bureau will provide transportation up the hill). On the way back you can take the IB Bus from the bottom of the gondola (IB Bus will run from 4:30-5:30).
L’Aberset – Let’s Gloooowww Party
- Location: At the bottom of El Tarter Gondola.
- For Skiers: Take the Esquirel run from the top of El Tarter ski area. L’Aberset is on the right, looking up the mountain.
- For Pedestrians: Bus from Soldeu to the bottom of El Tarter gondola (IB Bus will run from 4:00-9:30). The restaurant is right near the gondola entrance.
