The Sport Hotels Resorts & Spa is the most convenient choice to enjoy your Interbourse experience. As many of our events will be taken place here, staying at one of these three hotels will give you easy access to all events and give you the ability to socialize with your Interbourse colleagues with ease. This complex’s of three high star mountain hotels provide a variety of accommodations. They are all connected by an underground, heated tunnel system, providing easy accessibility for our Interbourse group. Each hotel has its own distinct vibe. Sport Hotels Resorts & Spa is a complex of 100,000 m2 of extensive facilities. The first two hotels: The Sport Hotel and the Sport Hotel Village are both 4-star hotels, however, the Sports Hotel currently has a classic mountain feel, while the Village is more recently built/renovated. Sport Hotel Hermitage & Spa, is a 5-star luxury hotel a member of The Leading Hotels of the World prestigious association. The resort also includes the 5,000 m2 Sport Wellness Mountain Spa where you can rest your tired muscles. In addition, there are several sports stores, shops, restaurants, ski equipment rental, and an activity center.

- We have included an option for the Park Piolets hotel which is a beautiful hotel at a price in between the Villages and Hermitage. It is 300 meters from the Sport/Villages/Hermitage complex. Please feel free to compare the price on the site to the price directly on the Park Piolets site.
- The prices are per room based on double occupancy and you can pay in full or put a 30% deposit only. There is a small discount on the B&B price for single occupancy in Sport hotels and a larger discount at Piolets.
- At the welcome party, we will be holding the draw for a free ski pass among the first 50 registrants. However, due to the scheduling and the high number of IKON passholders, we have decided to give the equivalent in cash to the winner instead of the actual ski pass.
- Guests staying at the Sport and Village standard rooms will not have free access to the SPA as part of their stay, however they can pay a supplemental fee to do so. We are still in negotiations with the hotel to determine the exact price, but we expect to have this information by June. We were assured that it will be a special/reduced fee for guests staying at Sport and Village standard rooms.
- The committee is NOT recommending the half board option (which includes bottled water and house wine) at 56 EUR PP due to cost. But for those who really want it the option is there. It can be adjusted to remove the beverage package, please contact us.
- Teams can reserve multiple rooms by using names like London Ski Team 1, London Ski Team 2, …. This will allow the tourist office to determine what name is associated with each reservation. The final names can be added up to a week before the event and can be sent using an Excel spreadsheet or using word. The tourist office will run the finalhotelregistration after the names are added.
