IB 2024 Update on Registration and Hotels

Teams Chicago and Philadelphia are already deep into planning IB24. We continue to work hard to ensure Interbourse is fun, properly planned, and well attended.
The website is open and can be accessed at www.interbourse.net. We’re beginning to populate the website with information you will find useful in making your plans. Registration on the website is operational and we’re currently accepting and processing registrations. Please be sure to select the correct currency and payment method. Europeans should chose EUR and SEPA and North Americans should choose USD and Credit Card.
The Interbourse Host Committee has discounted registration until March 1st, 2023. Please remind your fellow team members of this discount and that it is only available for another 2 weeks. In honor of this being the 55th Interbourse, we are holding a lottery for one free ski pass for IB24 drawn from the first 55 participants who register. As hosts, Chicago and Philadelphia team members are excluded from this lottery. However, everyone (including the host teams) can register before March to qualify for the discounted registration rate.
We are pleased to inform you that we have secured a block of 180 rooms for IB24. These reserved rooms are spread between three physically connected hotels. Bookings for these hotels will be open in May and will be blocked for our group until at least the middle of August. Note that the hotels do not have 2024 bookings open to the public at all – we have the room blocks secured to ensure we’ll be able to house all our participants. We are working with the hotel and tourist bureau to create a smooth and easy booking process for everyone. We will inform everyone well ahead of time when the rooms will be open for booking. Priority for the hotel and room category will be given in the order that paid registrations are received.
All three hotels offer something a little different to fit each attendees’ varying needs and price points. All three are managed by the Sport Hotel Resort and Spa Group. The Sport Hotel and the Sport Hotel Village are both four-star hotels. The Sport Hotel Village has been recently renovated. The Sport Hotel Hermitage & Spa is a five-star luxury hotel and a member of Leading Hotels of the World. The Hermitage offers guests a 5,000 m2 Sport Wellness Mountain Spa where you can rest your tired muscles after a day enjoying the mountains. Final details about the hotel offers are being negotiated and we will update you as these details are ironed out. Additional hotel information is available at www.interbourse.net.
As we plan Interbourse 2024, we’re adding non-ski activities for spouses and attendees who love the outdoors but may not want to ski and snowboard. Grandvalira offers a host of activities that attendees may find exciting. These include dog sledding, snowshoeing, ice diving, snowmobiling, museum visits, and culinary tours. More information on these activities to follow in the coming months.
